Occupational Therapy Consultative Services For Neurodivergent Adults & Teens
Occupational Therapy is a type of therapy focused on empowering clients to be able to access various parts of their life more fully. A consultative OT approach can look a lot like coaching, or problem-solving day to day challenges alongside our clients. Our work focuses greatly on understanding the needs of your nervous system, how to regulate your nervous system, find sensory balance, and build a sustainable life.
Our Evaluations take a more in-depth look into your sensory processing to help you get a better understand of what makes your world feel safe and balanced. We also take a look into your day to day challenges to determine the best directions of focus for your individual services with us.
Evaluations are completed by an Occupational Therapist and include a detailed report that you can process with your therapist in future sessions.
Individual sessions offer more customized support for your specific areas of need. Our niche focus is Occupational Therapy Consultative/Coaching services for neurodivergent teens & adults. You’re welcome to start with us by booking a session to feel things out, but it’s generally best to complete either our online Sensory Screening Tool (*Coming soon) or an Evaluation in order to get the most out of your individual services.
